No jealousy: God of War PC will support NVIDIA's DLSS and AMD's FSR

After porting games as popular as Days Gone ou Horizon Zero Dawn, Sony confirmed its recent interest in the PC platform by announcing, two weeks ago, that it would offer a PC version of one of the most emblematic franchises of the PlayStation: God of War. The release is set for January 14, but the pages devoted to Steam et the Epic Games Store are already there.

A good way to enjoy the game signed by the Santa Monica Studio in very high definition on PC, but without killing the fluidity of the animation.

Right out of the box or through an update?

Happiness never comes alone, we learn today that there will be no jealousy among PC users, whether they lean towards AMD or NVIDIA. Indeed, shortly after the announcement of this adaptation, NVIDIA had specified that God of War would support Reflex and DLSS technologies upon its release, to the delight of GeForce RTX owners.

However, Radeon RX 6000 owners will not be forgotten. Our colleagues from VideoCardz have noticed the presence of God of War on the pages devoted to FidelityFX Super Resolution, the competing technique of DLSS, at AMD. This is obviously interesting, but with a question mark: support for God of War is indicated in the “upcoming AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution games”. In other words, the games to come. We can therefore wonder if the support will be from next January 14 or a little later.
