Death's Door shows up one last time before its July 20 release

Particularly highlighted during the Devolver conference during the last E3, Death's Door, the new game from Acid Nerve, is illustrated in a latest trailer a few days before its release.

Always made with four hands by the creators of Titan Souls, this action-RPG in isometric view shows new environments and, above all, a game design approaching more of a Zelda than a Hades.

The Crow's Croa Path

In Death's Door, we embody a reaper charged by his superiors to collect a Soul. This one is stolen just before our little character crow can recover it. No choice: you have to find her or risk disappointing the highest authorities...

On the gameplay side, we therefore end up with something that is much closer to a Zelda-like than a hack'n slash or a rogue like. The protagonist will meet a wide variety of characters on his journey, and will be able to collect equipment to make his job easier or access inaccessible places (the essential grappling hook).

As the first trailer for the game already showed, Death's Door is also the promise of Dantesque boss fights, which should give us at least as much trouble as the clashes of the previous game from the British studio.

Released July 20 on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
