Five days after its release, the first real next-gen game designed for Xbox Series X | S from Bloober Team is already profitable.

The Polish studio shared the excellent results of The Medium to Money.pl, a news site based in Poland. Five days after its release, the horror game exclusive to the Microsoft ecosystem, which can also be found on Steam, has already covered its production and advertising costs.

Being Medium pays off

Available only on Xbox Series X | S, PC and Xbox Game Pass, the latest game from Bloober Team is a great success. First real next-gen game, and therefore flagship of the Xbox Series X catalog | S, The Medium stands out in particular for the simultaneous display of two different realities.

Bearing the DNA of the mythical Silent Hill series in its construction, its atmosphere and its gameplay, the game, offering a story as intriguing as it is skilfully constructed, seems to have conquered its audience with efficiency. From now on, all sales of The Medium will benefit Bloober Team.


A great performance for a game that is only available on two platforms and a subscription service. It is also a victory for the Polish studio, the project having been the subject of many iterations for several years.
