This is the question that many players may be asking themselves following the Activision Blizzard affair. Indeed, since last July, the publisher has been singled out for its acts of discrimination and harassment reported by a survey of employees.

Thus, these last two months have been extremely tense for the American firm which is preparing to launch a game under these necessarily difficult conditions. This is Diablo II: Resurrected, the remastering of the legendary second installment in the hack'n slash saga from Blizzard Entertainment. And like what happened with Ubisoft last year, some players are reluctant to give their money to such a maligned company.

Anyway, remember that Diablo II: Resurrected is mainly developed by Vicarious Visions, a studio based in New York and which has therefore not been incriminated by recent complaints. However, Rob Gallerani, who is in charge of the design on the title, understands the dismay of the community. He even specifies that it is up to consumers to “do what they think is right” when deciding whether or not to buy the game.

Additionally, Gallerani said he was very troubled after hearing about the allegations against Activision-Blizzard. An internal review was then carried out among the employees of Vicarious Visions and "very positive things" are said to have come out of it.
