After a year of scarcity, virtual wrestling will be back in 2022 with WWE 2K22. This time, the developers seem to have taken their time to cook up a complete and visually convincing game for us.
After a completely failed 2020 edition, 2K Games decided not to rush WWE 2K22. So much so that this episode will not arrive until next March on consoles and PC. The good news is that those extra months of development allowed the teams to build a game that was relatively rich in content. Popular modes will even make a comeback.
Like a real superstar
The trailer unveiled by 2K Games tells us that the My GM mode (for General Manager) will be there. It will allow you to manage a promotion as a whole. For its part, Ma Faction will propose to set up different factions and Mon Ascension will invite us to design our own wrestler to make him reach the heights of the WWE. As for the Universe mode, it is quite logically present. He will make us live whole seasons of wrestling, one show after another. Wide customization options for superstars and arenas will also answer the call.
