The surprise multiplayer launch ofHalo Infinite this week has made many happy. However, a few issues have been noticed by fans in recent days. 343 Industries will therefore make adjustments.

Update from 18/11 at 18:30 p.m.:

343 Industries has been busy. Shortly after an announcement to this effect, the Halo Support Twitter account let players know that a first patch has just been deployed to facilitate progress on the multiplayer Battle Pass.

It is therefore now possible to gain experience on the Battle Pass by playing custom games. A daily “Play a game” challenge has also been introduced, granting 50 experience points per challenge won. Some Weekly Challenges that were not progressing have also received a hotfix to remove the issue. Experience boosts will now last one hour instead of only thirty minutes, even if the game interface does not yet display the new time limit.

Due to a progress issue on some Weekly Challenges, their overall progress had to be reset for everyone. As an apology for the inconvenience, 343 Industries will be giving players who log in to the Halo Infinite Multiplayer Beta by November 30 this week's reward allotted for completing all weekly challenges.

Brian Jarrard, Community Director at 343 Industries, has also indicated that this is only a first small step in order to make progression on the Battle Pass as fair as possible. To be continued, Spartans.

If players have flocked to the free multiplayer part of Halo Infinite since Monday, November 15, many have also expressed their dissatisfaction with the game's Battle Pass. Indeed, to unlock rewards, it is necessary to Accomplish very specific objectives that can be tedious. Earning XP is therefore not easy and unlocking the rewards of the famous pass takes many hours.

Thus, John Junyszek, the community manager for the Halo license, said that changes will be made to the Battle Pass this week.

“In response to feedback regarding progress on the Battle Pass, we will be making targeted adjustments to our model later this week. To start, we'll be adding Challenges with the goal of ensuring consistent progression through the Battle Pass by playing matches the way you want. »

Additionally, bugs will be fixed and some weekly challenges removed to allow players to progress faster. In order to take advantage of these new features, all challenges will be automatically reset. To make up for this loss, 343 Industries will be giving everyone the Ultimate Reward of the Week. Finally, XP boosts will now last 1 hour instead of 30 minutes. All in all, good news.
