Initially only unearthed on PS5, The Matrix Awakens will also be released on Xbox Series X|S. It is not a new game, but a kind of technical demo produced using the Unreal Engine 5 engine. A striking realism
At the top of this article, you can watch the first trailer of the demo. This is an opportunity to see the face of Keanu Reeves modeled using the Unreal Engine 5. Carrie-Anne Moss (Trinity) will also make an appearance. Epic promises "cutscenes that push the boundaries of what's possible" in this totally free demo.
But the virtual trip to the Matrix does not begin immediately since The Matrix Awakens (or The Matrix awakens: An Unreal Engine 5 experience, in Spanish) cannot be launched at the moment. The demo is still available for download on PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store. Its official presentation will take place during the Game Awards 2021 which will be held on the night of December 9 to 10.
