The Elder Scrolls Online: the next chapter of the MMO finally teased

A new year begins, and these next 12 months will be exciting for the regulars of The Elder Scrolls Online. Bethesda Softworks teased this week the new chapter that will punctuate the adventures of players in 2022.

After The Gates of Oblivion and its major expansion Blackwood, The Elder Scrolls Online will soon be adorned with a completely new adventure. If we don't know much at the moment, ZeniMax Online Studios has still posted a brief cinematic teaser that sets the atmosphere for this umpteenth epic.

The ocean is waiting for us

The trailer in question is ultimately quite sparing in precise information. The atmosphere of the next chapter seems to put piracy in the spotlight with its multiple ships sailing the seas. The visual below also emphasizes this aspect with the stranded boat and this strange crab (which will act as a pet). A mysterious and violent storm also seems to be at the heart of the plot.

The suspense will fortunately not last too long, since the ZeniMax Online Studios teams will lift the veil on the chapter from January 27 at 21 p.m. (Paris) on Twitch. This adventure will be punctuated by the deployment of an extension around June. The appointment is made!
