After gaining fame through Until Dawn, Supermassive Games threw itself body and soul into The Dark Pictures Anthology, an annual game series inspired by urban legends.
While the fourth installment is still in development, the British studio is already looking to the future. We already know the five games that will perhaps make up season 2 of The Dark Pictures Anthology.
Here are the names of the future chapters of The Dark Pictures Anthology
Supermassive Games isn't done with The Dark Pictures Anthology. The fourth episode of season 1 has not yet been released, and the interactive B-movie specialist studio is already thinking about the sequel for its anthology of games. The British studio has indeed filed five new titles accompanied by their logos with the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). That is five potential new components for its series of games, namely:
- The Dark Pictures: The Craven Man
- The Dark Pictures Presents: O Death
- The Dark Pictures: Directive 8020
- The Dark Pictures: Intercession
- The Dark Pictures: Winterfold
Obviously, no details have been revealed around these future productions, especially since these titles, behind which hides an urban legend, may be temporary. In the meantime, The Dark Pictures Anthology - The Devil in Me should logically arrive this fall and will obviously feature a psychopathic surgeon specializing in human mutations.
