Steam Deck now has over a hundred verified games

While the output of Steam deck is now set for February 25, Valve is making a serious effort to ensure that as many games as possible Steam are checked before the deadline.

After around XNUMX games verified a week ago through the Deck Verified system, the account has now passed XNUMX.

Checks before sending the Steam Deck

We owe this discovery to a user who took the initiative to resume the list of verified games on SteamDB to facilitate research. The newly created Steam Deck Verified Games site, cited in source below, lists 106 games officially verified by Valve, 60 of which are considered fully operational on the Steam Deck.

New additions in this category include Eastward, Gunfire Reborn, Ghostrunner, Hades, Life is Strange 2, Octopath Traveler, and The Binding of Isaac, among others. On the side of the new games evaluated playable (but not in a fully optimal way), we can mention A Way Out, three Battlefield games, Dead Space 3, It Takes Two, Lost in Random, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Titanfall 2, Valheim and Wasteland 3. Regarding the games considered unsupported, no new titles have joined this category, which in itself is rather reassuring news.

With just over three weeks to go until the Steam Deck is released, there's no doubt that the list will grow further to cover as many games as possible in the Steam library. This is so that the lucky owners of the Valve console have something to try it out cheerfully right out of the box.
