It took 15 long years to wait before being able to play the sequel to the excellent STALKER. In this second opus, players will dive back into the post-apocalyptic universe of the FPS developed by GSC Game World. The Ukrainian studio promises a non-linear story in a world where horror and science fiction intertwine. All this with graphics powered by the Unreal Engine 5 engine.
The place will be expensive!
If the program is attractive, we will have to drastically clean our SSDs and other hard drives to enjoy the immersive experience promised by STAL.KER 2… Because, on PC, the game will require 150 GB of free space to flourish. Worse still, Xbox players will have to reserve at least 180 GB to be able to install this second episode.
Thus, owners of an Xbox Series S will see half of the machine's SSD fill up by the mere presence of STALKER 2. Let's hope for better file optimization when the game is released on April 28, 2022.
