Skyblivion: the mod aiming to recreate Oblivion with the Skyrim engine gives its news

Crazy project launched in 2012, Skyblivion is a mod whose objective is to offer a makeover to The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The volunteer team in charge of the project seeks to reproduce the excellent fourth opus of the license with the graphic engine of the legendary Skyrim. And there is work!

Last January, this extremely ambitious project was recalled to our fond memories by taking stock of its latest progress. But this week, a new video comes to inform us of the new progress made on Skyblivion. Let's remember in passing that this game in its own right does not yet have a release date since there is still a lot of work to do... But there is plenty to be excited about!

Thus, this mod will not only reproduce stone by stone, tree by tree, the map of Cyrodiil with the graphics of Skyrim. Some places like the city of Leyawiin, the Gold Coast or Blackwood will be enriched in order to offer a more immersive experience. Currently, 28 of the game's 52 forts have been refurbished. Also, work has only just begun to rework 40 of the 115 caves/mines in the Imperial region.
