It's hard to talk about a dream when it comes to a terrifying saga like Silent Hill. However, the opus which was to be developed by Hideo Kojima and his teams had everything from a phenomenal project before its shocking cancellation in 2015.
So, for more than six years now, fans of the license have been crossing their fingers about the resurrection of Silent Hills. But the extremely tense relationship between publisher Konami and creator Hideo Kojima seemed to condemn ad vitam æternam this game with its unique atmosphere. But since nothing is impossible in the gaming industry, a glimmer of hope appears at the end of the corridor...

This week, the Video Games Chronicle site told us that Konami wants to relaunch its Castlevania, Metal Gear and Silent Hill franchises. For the latter, several games were mentioned, including one developed by a renowned Japanese studio. Today, Gematsu brings its stone to the building with new information which as always must be taken with tweezers.
So, according to Gematsu, Kojima Productions is developing a Silent Hill game. This one would be financed by Sony Interactive Entertainment and could be exclusive to the PS5. If these claims are true, is it a brand new game or the canceled Silent Hills in 2015? Case to follow.
