The rebirth of a monument?

In the first version of the schedule for this QuakeCon 2021 (before it was deleted), XboxEra noticed that Bethesda was referring to a kind of roundtable about a "revitalized" edition of Quake. All in the company of the Machine Games studio (Wolfenstein). The FPS saga is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and rumors of its return have been swirling around the web for a few weeks. In addition, the Twitter page of the Spanish branch of the publisher teases "gameplay for Quake" on Saturday August 21 at 16:00 p.m.

We should therefore indeed see the new version of this legendary shooter. However, it is important to note that Redfall, Ghostwire: Tokyo or Starfield should not be present at this QuakeCon 2021.
