During an interview on the microphone of KIWI TALKZ, Erik Wolpaw, co-writer of the brilliant franchise Portal of Valve, made a call of the foot for the production of a third opus.

Rather aware of what is happening in the laboratories of Valve, he even asked the fans to help him convince Gabe Newell of the merits of such a project. In his own words: “I don't look young anymore. »

You know what it is, Valve and the number three…

Following the amazing success of Aperture Desk Job, a free game set in the Portal universe exclusive to the Steam Deck, KIWI TALKZ invited Erik Wolpaw, one of the masterminds behind Portal's brilliant storyline, for an interview .

Inevitably, the discussion quickly turned to the co-screenwriter's desire to participate in the creation of a third opus. Very attached to this universe, Erik Wolpaw believes he is not the only one who wants Valve to tackle it, eleven years after the release of Portal 2.

However, as Erik Wolpaw himself points out, Valve and its approximately 300 employees are already busy. Whether it's Steam, the Steam Deck, or other games in the works in the depths of Black Mesa, it seems a Portal 3 is just wishful thinking right now.

At the end of the interview, Erik Wolpaw nevertheless takes the opportunity to urge Gabe Newell to think about it. As he points out, he and other masterminds behind the Portal franchise are no longer young, and they will soon be too old to participate in the creation of a Portal 3.
