Nintendo is well aware of its few shortcomings on its various servers, whether those of the eShop, Nintendo Switch Online or access to more traditional services such as account creation. The latter is therefore the one who will be the most overworked during Christmas, from the 24th to the 26th without a doubt. It is therefore to avoid frustrating new players that Nintendo has communicated about the creation of an account:
“This weekend, access will be concentrated on the Nintendo Accounts server, and account creation is not expected to take effect immediately. If you plan to use a Nintendo Switch family console for the first time, we recommend that you create your account in advance. »
The Nintendo Spain teams have not (yet?) communicated on the risk of having their account created on Christmas Day. But that does not change the purpose: given the overall success of the Nintendo Switch, what is planned for this machine for the year 2022 and the drop in price of the classic console (excluding Switch OLED and Lite therefore), the European servers will also be taken by storm.
