This is not the first time that this rumor has been circulating on the Internet, and it finally seems to be taking shape. Thus, the games of the Game Boy and Game Boy Advance generations would be about to arrive on Nintendo Switch.

Last September, insiders and specialized sites said they had heard of the return of various games from the famous portable consoles designed by the Japanese manufacturer. At that time, there were even rumors of a near launch via the Nintendo Switch Online service. But it is clear that nothing has yet been officially announced.

Confirmation soon?

If we are to believe @trashbandatcoot on Twitter, the Game Boy and Game Boy Advance emulators for the Switch have leaked onto the web. A list of games for the famous GBA even filtered on this occasion. It includes titles like The Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap, Yoshi's Island, Wario Land 4, Metroid Fusion, Super Mario Bros. 3 or even Golden Sun. Below, we can also discover visuals of what the emulator could look like.

As for the Game Boy emulator, it might be at an early stage of development. Currently, only four games, Tetris, Super Mario Land, The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening and Qix, are mentioned.
