The first season of Knockout city isn't finished yet, but EA and Velan Studios are already thinking about what's next. Evidenced by the publication of a roadmap of upcoming content until the end of 2021.
It is in particular a question of season 2, which will add content to vary the pleasures within the dodgeball game.
The Future of Knockout City: It's Balls
It was one of the surprise hits of the past few weeks, and EA doesn't plan to drop Knockout City right away. The dodgeball game, whose Season 1 and Heatstroke event are still ongoing, has so far mostly seen relatively minor events and updates to improve the gameplay experience. But, from from July 27, Season 2 will debut, bringing with it content through to Season 3, which will land in the fall. Season 4 will arrive in winter.
A new special ball, a new map, new contracts, 3 special events and a new theme are thus mentioned. Seasonal contracts, five new playlists and a new daily login bonus will also be there. See you in the future for more details.
