This is one of the next big exclusives Switch to be published and naturally Nintendo put it forward during its Direct.

Kirby and the Forgotten World further showcased its transformation mechanic, which will allow the pink ball to unlock new abilities by sucking up wacky objects.

Presentation of Transmorphism

Kirby and the Forgotten World came to pass a head during the last presentation of the Japanese publisher. Expected for March 25, 2022, the Switch exclusivity was already shown at length last January with information around local coop, new powers and other new features. Nintendo had more on their hands and this time highlighted "Transmorphism", Kirby's ability to suck up objects and take their shape to gain new skills.

And in the strange world in which she has landed, the gluttonous pink ball will be able to indulge herself. She will be able to swallow a whole bunch of new objects: cones to pierce certain elements of the environment, drink dispensers to crush creatures that are too troublesome, and even cars to literally run over her enemies. In short, a string of new interactions that will give rise to very wacky transformations and that will unlock new ways to advance through the levels.
