Halo Infinite: the PC version presented in detail

If you are a fan of Halo and you play on PC, no doubt you'll want to be in front of your screen this Thursday at 15 p.m.: the PC version of Halo Infinite will be shown from (we hope) all the seams.

For the record, the game will arrive on December 8th.

Update from 21/10 at 15:15 p.m.:

Thing promised, thing due: 343 Industries has spoiled us with a livestream on its YouTube channel, dedicated to the PC version of Halo Infinite. If we had already been able to take advantage of it during the second multiplayer technical test, some features presented here were not yet available.

Among the many options that the PC version will offer, we can count a rate of ips limited or not, many graphic options and accessibility, or even support for ultrawide screens. The user interface can also be customized according to individual needs. Ray tracing will be added after the launch of the game.

The same applies to the keyboard/mouse combo: it will be possible to assign three different keys to a given action. The latency on the PC version will also be significantly improved so that an action requested by the player is rendered almost immediately.

343 Industries also takes this opportunity to remind you that Halo Infinite will support cross-play and cross-progression between all versions of the game. Cross-play will also be available in ranked games, but those who swear only by the keyboard / mouse or the controller will be able to find other Spartans in the same state of mind. To find all your friends on Halo Infinite, whatever the platform, you will have to go through Xbox Live.

343 Industries also took the opportunity to recall its partnership with Razer for gaming peripherals stamped Halo Infinite, but also with AMD. The Californian studio has indeed presented an AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card in the colors of the game. However, this will not be marketed, but can be won via the various social networks linked to the game.

Unfortunately, we were once again not treated to a presentation of the campaign and the adventures to come for Master Chief. Hopefully such an opportunity presents itself before the game releases on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on December 8th.

See you in a few hours for Halo Infinite PC version

There are strong rumors that Microsoft is making a lot of big announcements this week. One of them could well be the one you're reading right now: today at 15 p.m. the teams behind Halo Infinite will show in detail the PC version of the anticipated FPS.

Developed by 343 Industries, this version was obviously created "from scratch" in order to offer an ideal keyboard / mouse experience in hand. Remember that the required PC configurations have already been known since this summer.
