Only a handful of days to wait before the launch of the campaign modeHalo Infinite. In the meantime, players can let off steam on the multiplayer mode. However, a little bad news comes to conclude this beautiful week.

Lovers of the Halo saga were undoubtedly over the moon in recent days. Between the “surprise” launch of the free-to-play multiplayer, the preview of the live-action series or even the first previews concerning the solo… We didn't have time to get bored. But amid this widespread euphoria, some less celebratory news is in the game.

A rewarded expectation

The Eurogamer site was able to interview Joseph Staten, who is in charge of creativity at 343 Industries. Asked about the cooperative mode for the single-player campaign, the main interested party said that the extension of multiplayer season 1 (from three to six months) has caused a shift in the schedule. Thus, this highly anticipated mode will not arrive until May 2022, for the launch of Season 2.

As for the Forge mode, it will be added later in Season 3. Fortunately, players will have plenty to do with ultra-complete multiplayer and single player, which will be released on December 8 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
