A veteran director

During the post-show organized by Sony just after the event on Thursday, Cory Barlog confirmed that he does not occupy the position of director on God of War: Ragnarök. Eric Williams replaces him. The latter arrived at Santa Monica Studio in 2004 and worked as a designer on absolutely every God of War released to date on home consoles. Suffice to say that Williams knows his subject well.

Barlog clarified: “The important thing for us is to be able to have a new perspective each time, but also a new pair of legs in the sense that you are really exhausted at the end of such a project. So you have to get someone else to do it. »

God of War: Ragnarök will be released on PS5 and PS4.
