A new week begins with an update for Fortnite. The weather is now capricious in the battle royale of Epic Games since climatic events are appearing there.

Fortnite Chapter 3 gave the free-to-play title a real boost with the addition of new features and iconic characters like Spider-Man. This Tuesday, January 11, 2022, Fortnite is receiving its 19.01 update on all media. In addition to allowing the correction of various bugs, this patch adds additional elements which should energize your future games.

Approaching storm!

Let's start with the tornadoes that can hit the game map at any time. The player is completely free to throw himself inside to be propelled into the air and reach a more distant place. The good news is that there is no fall damage or other penalties applied. In addition, the tornado can destroy constructions and carry away objects in its path.

Storms are also part of it. If struck by lightning, the player takes some damage but also gains a temporary speed boost. To have a better chance of being struck down, stand in the water or at a height when the cloud passes. Finally, the flame gun is making a comeback.
