It was a rather unexpected little error that had slipped into Far Cry 6. Indeed, a mission not yet finalized had been involuntarily placed in the game.

If Ubisoft has only slightly changed the formula of its saga with Far Cry 6, this new opus is nonetheless good entertainment in which many gamers have immersed themselves. Of course, additional content will be deployed very soon, and the Spanish publisher has just released a new update. The latter not only fixes bugs, but also removes a mission that was not supposed to be accessible.

A surprise guest

So, the patch also removed the mission featuring actor Danny Trejo. Ubisoft said the quest was rolled out accidentally and the final version will arrive soon. In revealing its roadmap, the publisher specified that the mission was not to land until December. Whether that's still the case remains to be seen...

Anyway, Far Cry 6 will host the DLC this November that will allow players to find Vaas, the legendary villain of the third opus. At this time, additional content is planned until March 2022.
