Hitherto simple rumor, the PC version of Death Stranding Director's Cut, exit on PS5 last September, could be confirmed very soon.

The publisher 505 Games took advantage of CES 2022 to confirm the launch of Death Stranding Director's Cut on PC. This more complete version will land on the Epic Games Store, but also on Steam in the spring of 2022. As rumors indicated, a photo mode, compatibility with ultra-wide screens and improved resolution will be included. Cross-overs with licenses Half-Life et cyberpunk 2077 are also on the program.
Death Stranding Director's Cut can be added to the Steam wishlist today. The final release date will be communicated soon.
A press release concerning Intel's announcements at CES 2022 around Intel ARC Alchemist chips for the brand's graphics cards would have leaked and sold the wick earlier than expected.
Kojima's latest baby grows up
According to this leaked press release, Intel is set to take advantage of CES 2022 to announce that Death Stranding Director's Cut PC will be the first game to support upscaling technology powered by Intel XeSS artificial intelligence. It is even indicated that it would be an "exclusive" feature, almost suggesting that the direct competitor of Intel XeSS, NVIDIA DLSS, could be absent subscribers, while the solution is present on the game of base.
Given the very privileged partnership Kojima Productions and Intel seem to have entered into, we can also expect a game specially optimized for Intel's 12th generation processors. However, this shouldn't prevent this Director's Cut from working like a charm with AMD's models, given the very solid optimization of the original title.
