It has now been more than six years since FromSoftware gave birth to one of its masterpieces, Bloodborne, on PlayStation 4. While waiting, perhaps one day, for a PC release, a few valiant modders are embarking on vast projects to offer creations that renew the console gaming experience.
Last February, a mod made it possible to inflate the performance of the game on PlayStation 4. However, this kind of work is not so simple on Sony machines and the use of these mods requires a jailbroken console.

Today, it's the work of the Garden of Eyes modder that is making headlines. Supported by the advice of modder Zullie the Witch, who worked on the first person mod of Dark Souls III, he was able to create a mod capable of modifying the view of the camera by switching it to the first person.
From then on, you are no longer content to simply control and guide your hunter through the sticky alleys of Yharnam: you completely embody him and become his eyes. An even more impressive immersion within the universe of the game which makes the adventure both more difficult and more terrifying.
As it stands, the principle for proceeding with the change of view is as follows. Garden of Eyes used an object, in this case a hat, the "Great One Hat", which can be collected at the start of the game. The player of the mod only has to equip the hat to toggle the game view to first person.
As explained above, this mod will not be accessible to everyone but only to those who have a modified PS4. However, with the recent acquisition of Nixxes by the giant Sony, new ports of console games should appear on PC, which would therefore open the door to the arrival of many mods such as this one.
