Rumors and other noises of corridors are becoming more and more insistent about the next Bioshock. This weekend, we got wind of new information that comes from a usually reliable source.

Earlier in the week, the first leaks (more or less founded) began to circulate about the city which could host the action of this fourth opus. The name Bioshock: Isolation has also been hinted at through a logo. This time, it is Colin Moriarty, a former journalist for the IGN site and now producer of the Sacred Symbols podcast, who brings his stone to the building.

A launch soon?

According to this relatively well-informed personality, the story of Bioshock 4 will take place in the 60s in a fictional city located in Antarctica. On the narrative level, this new game would be well linked to the previous ones. It should therefore not be a question of a remake or even a reboot.

Still according to Moriarty, the game would have opted for the code name Parkside. In development at Cloud Chamber, this Bioshock would be kept away from prying eyes. The secrecy is probably total until internally. Finally, the studio would aim for a release in 2022. The announcement could therefore be imminent. See you at the Game Awards?
