We are now only a handful of days away from the official launch of season 11 ofApex Legends. This new season, which was already unveiled last week through its character and its new map, offers a new extract from gameplay for players to get their bearings before the deployment of this eleventh season.
In addition to this presentation, the Apex Legends teams have published an article on the game's official website which reviews all the constituent elements of the map, called Storm Zone.
There is a storm in the air!
With this new season, Apex Legends inaugurates the game's fourth map. After the World's Edge map, it's Storm Zone's turn to host the Apex Games, and the least we can say is is that the extent of it will give rise to frenzied games, both against the players and against the monsters located on the map, punctuated with scripted content.
Indeed, Storm Zone, 15% larger than the World's Edge map, hosts a system of enemies spread over the map that allows players to collect accessories, ammunition, consumables and many other materials from crafts when getting rid of this hostile wildlife.
This consists of several types of creatures scattered throughout the map or grouped together at specific points, called Wildlife Nests. Among the monsters that will interfere in the exchange of fire between players, we find the Prowlers, Spiders, whose eggs are scattered all over the Storm Zone, or even the Flyers, either perched high up or hovering in the sky.
The broadcast extract is also an opportunity for players to see the games in action on this brand new map and to discover the gameplay of the new Legend, Ash, as well as the game's new weapon, the SMG CAR, already crossed in a Respawn's previous production, Titanfall 2.
