Before the end of the year, Aiko's Choice should make it possible to plunge back into the tactical atmosphere of the good surprise of the year 2016.
Five years ago, the small team at Mimimi Productions surprised us by offering us a vibrant tribute to the Commandos franchise. A tribute that subtly changed the geographical setting by transposing us in a very beautiful way to the Japan of the samurai. Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun - Aiko's Choice is currently only announced on PC where it should be released sometime in December 2021 and while we are on Gamescom time, the studio is taking the opportunity to unveil a nice gameplay video.
Logically, Aiko's Choice will focus on one of the protagonists of the base game: Aiko. She is a kunoichi, master of camouflage and versed in the art of discretion. Said Aiko must face a character as returned from the dead, Lady Chiyo, to offer her a new challenge.
