It is at the Tokyo Game Show 2021 that Microsoft will hold its (supposed) last gaming conference of the year. And, if announcements are expected from Xbox on this occasion, they will not concern European players.

Thus, it is on September 30 at 11:00 a.m. Paris time that the American manufacturer will speak at the Tokyo Game Show 2021. Long relegated to the background behind the competition on the Japanese market, the Xbox brand has been trying since few years of inviting themselves into Asian homes. And this will be precisely the whole objective of this press conference, since it will be addressed above all to this territory.

Western players, go your way

Once again, Xbox wanted to take the lead before suffering criticism from its community. Indeed, Jeremy Hinton, the boss of the firm in Asia, specified that “like last year, it will be a show organized for our players across Japan and Asia”. We should therefore not expect announcements for the other markets. The information communicated will only be “relevant” at the local level.

To put it simply, no major game will be unveiled during the conference. So, if not for lovers of the brand, it will not be particularly relevant to follow this celebration.
