More than three years after its release, it must be recognized that The Crew 2 did not mark the world of video games. However, Ubisoft does not intend to abandon the franchise, since a new opus is probably under development.
To differentiate itself from the fierce competition in the category of racing games, The Crew allowed the player to switch between different types of vehicles (planes, boats, carsā¦) at any time. An inevitably very fun concept which unfortunately quickly showed its limitsā¦ But Ubisoft has not said its last word!

On Reddit, user RacingGameGuru0300 says he "datamined" several visuals from a certain The Crew 2: Orlando. The screenshots had been present in the game files for some time, and this content was originally intended to be DLC for a second opus. But, according to insider Tom Henderson, there is now talk of a full-fledged game simply called The Crew: Orlando, developed by Ubisoft Ivory Tower in Lyon.
The title should allow us to explore Hawaii and bring together up to 100 players in a single race in a dedicated mode. The ability to change vehicles on the fly would also still be present. Currently, The Crew: Orlando is said to be in the pre-alpha stage. The official announcement should therefore not take place immediately.
