In just two games, The Last of Us has become one of PlayStation's iconic sagas. And as we have already mentioned in the past, several projects around the Naughty Dog franchise are in development.
Among the games mentioned, we find a title centered on a multiplayer experience and a Director's Cut version of The Last of Us Part II. If nothing has been officially announced, the rumors heard in recent months leave little room for doubt. However, a third project is also reportedly being developed. This is when the remake of the first The Last of Us made its appearance.

Last January, insider Tom Henderson mentioned a possible launch of this The Last of Us Remake during the second half of 2022. A thesis that could prove if we decipher the statements of a certain Robert Morrison on Twitter. In a series of tweets (since deleted), the main interested party declares that PlayStation still has “several big games” to release this year.
It must be said that Morrison must be well informed since he holds a position as an animator at PlayStation. He hinted at a project he has been working on for at least three years while adding that it is not God of War Ragnarök. And according to his LinkedIn profile, Morrison works at Visual Arts, a PlayStation studio which is said to be working on the remake of The Last of Us according to several sources.
