As expected, ZeniMax Online Studios has revealed the nature of the next chapter bound for The Elder Scrolls Online. This year 2022 will be placed under the sign of the season entitled The Legacy of the Bretons.
Bethesda Softworks has also revealed the release date for the next big expansion that will land in June in the MMO.
Something to take care of all year round
The Breton Legacy chapter will begin in March via the downloadable game pack named Ascending Tide. The DLC will add two new dungeons from March 14 on PC, Mac and Stadia. PlayStation and Xbox players will have to wait until March 29, 2022. But the serious stuff will start with the big annual expansion.
Players will be able to explore the Systres archipelago, a new area made up of Île-Haute and that of Amenos. This destination has not appeared in any installment of The Elder Scrolls saga to date. The famous extension, High Isle, will add more than 30 hours of content and immerse us in a story rich in conspiracies. We will have the heavy task of unmasking a secret order of knights. Some Important Additions
Indeed, a collectible card game called Tales of Glory will be available in all taverns in Tamriel. Players will also be able to challenge each other or face NPCs. Additionally, two new companions (see below) will make their debut, the Volcanic Jets in-game event will appear on the map, and the new (12-player) Doomsail Reef event will also feature.
The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle will be released on June 6 on PC, Mac and Stadia, then on June 21, 2022 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. The season will continue with a downloadable dungeon pack in Q2022 XNUMX. Finally, an area story pack will wrap up the chapter in QXNUMX.
