Nothing is official yet, but some fans are already dreaming…

What if we could soon play Garou Mark of the Wolves 2?
If you are an avid reader of Clubic, you probably already know that the excellent (extreme) Streets of Rage 4 has taken a very special place in the heart of the gaming editorial staff.
However, a few days ago, Lizardcube, behind Streets of Rage 4, shared on Twitter an image of what could be the sequel to Garou Mark of the Wolves, if the studio was in charge of its development. Remember that the original game was launched on Neo-Geo at the very end of 1999, and that it is still today a masterpiece for many players.
No video here, but a superb illustration by Ben Fiquet and Julian Nguyen-You, which features the timeless Rock Howard, as well as a new character, appearing in the preparatory documents for a real Garou Mark of the Wolves 2 , which never saw the light of day.
On the SNK side, the sequel to this final episode of the Fatal Fury saga is not on the agenda, and the studio is now focusing on other licenses, namely The King of Fighters and Samurai. Shodown.
Will the fervor of the fans and the talent of Lizardcube convince SNK to offer a (worthy) sequel to the excellent Garou Mark of the Wolves. Suspense? Only the future will tell us !
