Our dear blue hedgehog will soon be revisiting one of his greatest epics. In effect, Sonic Colors Ultimate is a remastering of the episode of the same name released in 2010. And of course, optimizations and additions will be on the program.
Admittedly, the career of this video game legend has not always been easy. Thus, for this year 2021, SEGA is betting on sure values ​​by resuscitating an adventure that has already proven itself. Taking up what made the success of Sonic Colors, this Ultimate version will modernize this decade-old title… And yet fans will have new things to eat.

In Sonic Colors: Ultimate, players will be able to enjoy 4K resolution at 60 fps and all with visual enhancements. The soundtrack was also remixed for the occasion. An additional mode called Rival Rush has joined the party. It's a kind of time trial against Metal Sonic. A Tails checkpoint system was introduced, as was the Jade Ghost power. The latter will allow Sonic to pass through walls in order to find secret passages.
Finally, Park Tokens will be used to unlock improvements or even cosmetic elements and game controls can be customized. In short, the program will be loaded when Sonic Colors: Ultimate is released on September 7, 2021 on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC.
