Almost 15 years to the day after the release of the first opus, the franchise Saints Row prepares for his return, which will certainly be sensational. Indeed, the announcement of a new episode seems imminent and should take place next week, during Gamescom 2021.
Initially simple GTA-like among many others, Saints Row has managed to pull out of the game by pushing the action and the parody of the genre to their climax. Despite a significant success, fans of the license published by Deep Silver are desperately waiting for a fifth chapter after the friendly Saints Row IV: Re-Elected released in 2015. Well this wait will soon come to an end!

Thus, Deep Silver and Volition have just updated the license site with a new visual and the word “rebooting…”. We can therefore imagine that a reboot of Saints Row will be confirmed in the coming days. Better yet, this announcement should take place during Gamescom's Opening Night Live.
The opening ceremony of the German show will be presented by producer Geoff Keighley and will unveil various announcements during the two hours of show ahead of us. So tune in on August 25 at 20:00 p.m. PST to experience the new Saints Row and more.
