It was in December 2015 that the first video of Psychonauts 2 had been broadcast. After many years of development, the teams at Double Fine announce that their game is finally over!
After Deathloop earlier this week, it's Psychonauts 2's turn to formalize its Gold pass. A term that, remember, is used when a game is finished and all that remains is to print the Blu-rays. Either way, Raz's second epic won't be delayed any longer! Thus, the game will land on Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, PS4, PS5 and PC on August 25th.

A golden game
The information fell on Twitter this Friday, August 6 via the Double Fine account. The opportunity to specify that Psychonauts 2 will arrive in the Xbox Game Pass from the day of its release. It will also be released on Steam and the Windows Store. As for PlayStation players, pre-orders are open from Sony's online store.
Surprisingly, on PS5, it is the PS4 Pro version that will run via backward compatibility. Only Xbox One X, PC and Xbox Series X editions will have native 4K resolution.
