The first big release of the year on Nintendo Switch will of course be Pokemon Legends: Arceus. The game is revealed over the weeks and returns today with an overview of its universe.
This Pokémon adventure will take us back in time to the heart of the Hisui region. Despite its distant era compared to the more classic episodes of the saga, this new opus will invite us to study the famous creatures while capturing them with the aim of completing our Pokédex. The player will gain freedom, since it will be possible to hide in the tall grass and explore each area more freely.

The video posted by Nintendo on YouTube focuses on the different elements present in this Pokémon Legends: Arceus. If the trailer is only dubbed in Japanese, it still allows you to review the many ways to approach Pokémon and engage in combat. The mounts, the purchase of objects or the personalization of our avatar are also highlighted.
Finally, the semi-open world of Hisui is quite logically a central point of the video. Alas, it's hard to be impressed by the game's graphics with the many blurry textures and rather empty backgrounds that stand out from the trailer, although we reserve our final judgment for the test. Pokémon Legends: Arceus will be released on January 28 on Switch.
