It's a real love story that is born before our eyes between Sony and the PC. Indeed, the Japanese publisher will soon launch several PlayStation exclusives on our computers and intends to put the package to support its future ports.

The next few months will be busy for Sony Interactive Entertainment, and not just on the console side. Starting next year, PC players will enjoy the exceptional God of War (2018) and Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection. They will join Days Gone and Horizon Zero Dawn among the PlayStation Studios titles available on PC.

Sony changes strategy

If the Japanese firm shunned computers for many years, the situation has been radically different for a few months. For example, Sony acquired the studio Nixxes Software last July. The Dutch structure is specialized in this exercise so popular as porting and should use its know-how in order to bring PlayStation exclusives to PC.

Days Gone is now published under the PlayStation PC label (and no longer PlayStation Mobile)

In addition, Sony has just launched the PlayStation PC LLC label which will now include all future releases. If this announcement does not change much for the consumer, it still illustrates a real desire to exploit this new market so juicy for PlayStation. Thus, other ports should be confirmed in the weeks and months to come.
