Good news if you were planning to start Metroid dread, since a particularly annoying bug has just been fixed.

This update takes the opportunity to improve the "general experience".

Metroid Dread: the progression bug eradicated

Available for a few days, exclusively on Nintendo Switch, Metroid Dread is an undeniable success on (almost) all levels. However, despite Nintendo's "Seal of Quality", the game was affected by a rather problematic progression bug that could cause the application to crash. Today, Metroid Dread goes to version 1.0.1, with the correction of this problem, but not only.

Nintendo explains: "Fixed an issue where, if a map marker is placed on a specific door on the map screen, destroying that door at the end of the game would cause the game to crash with the message 'The software has been closed because an error has occurred". »

This update also fixes various other issues (not detailed), to provide a better overall gaming experience. And, of course, if you have not yet succumbed to Metroid Dread, we invite you to read our complete test at this address.
