Continuing its momentum, the western version of the MMO crossed with hack'n slash to success what is Lost Ark will welcome its share of new content in the next two months.
In a blog post provided, Smilegate and Amazon have thus shared the roadmap of the elements to come, including in particular a new continent and two new classes.
Little by little, the East and the West are getting closer
At the beginning of March, the Smilegate teams visited Amazon Games to prepare the ground for the Western version. The goal is that it gradually catches up with the eastern version released several years ago.
In this sense, the (very) many adventurers of the Lost Ark will be able to visit a new continent in April: South Vern. If they feel like it, they can also try a new class: the Glaivière, an exclusively female subclass of Martial Artists, who wields spears and swords with amazing agility.
In May, a second new class will be released: the Destroyer, a subclass of Warriors, exclusively male, which as its name suggests wields a colossal hammer to destroy everything in its path.
But Amazon and Smilegate are far from having emptied their bag for the next two months. Updates aimed at making some quality of life type changes are on the agenda. In May, endgame fans will also be delighted to learn that a wave of new raids will appear.
Beyond May, the roadmap is still unclear, but no doubt the western version of Lost Ark will continue to receive regular updates. And maybe one day a version on consoles will take place.
