Life is Strange: True Colors shows off its gameplay ahead of its September 10 release

The deadline is approaching, Life is Strange : True Colors. Still scheduled for September 10, even if its Switch version will be a little late, the new chapter of the license takes the time to detail its gameplay in a long video that sets the tone.

13 minutes to realize that we will be on familiar ground, provided that we have already touched on previous episodes.

A teen drama with well-known gameplay

Deck Nine did not plan to upset the codes of the series with Life is Strange: True Colors. If it gets rid of the episodic aspect of the previous opuses, this new entry will serve us in broad outline the same recipe.

For those unfamiliar with the concept, it will be a question of unraveling a plot in the small town of Haven Springs by talking to its inhabitants and making use, if necessary, of the power of Alex – the protagonist.

After Max, who could return to the past for a few moments (Life is Strange), and Sean, who had telekinetic abilities (Life is Strange 2), Alex has an extraordinary empathy that allows him to influence the state of mind of his interlocutors. A "gift" whose scope we can barely guess at the end of this video, and which still leaves uncertainty hanging over the importance it will have in the scenario.
