A month after its release, the version Nintendo Switch de Life is Strange True Colors welcomes its first big update.

On the program: improved graphics, performance, but also loading times.

A first major patch on Switch

As with its initial release on PlayStation and Xbox consoles, as well as PC, the Nintendo Switch version of Life is Strange True Colors came with its own small batch of bugs. If some players have been spared, others clearly see their experience tainted. Never mind, Deck Nine Games intends to erase these flaws with small updates.

The first major update of the Switch version has just been deployed on January 10, 2022. It provides some much-awaited improvements to visuals, cinematics, character and environment modeling as well as lighting effects. To see obviously how this little facelift will impact the framerate.

Square Enix nevertheless specifies that players of the hybrid console should also notice an optimization of the performance of the title, but also of the loading times, which are now shorter. The interface and menus have also undergone a small overhaul to be a little more intuitive.
