Have you always dreamed of having the same helmet as Master Chief? This YouTube channel did it

Yes, the franchise Halo is also iconic in the genre FPS, it is in particular thanks to the face of Master Chief hidden behind a helmet of a mad class covered with advanced technologies.

If you've always dreamed of having the same one, know that the Hacksmith Industries YouTube channel has had fun with the material currently available to humanity to offer a rather convincing first draft.

"I need a helmet"

Hacksmith Industries is a YouTube channel known for offering crazy concepts, mostly from iconic film or video game franchises. For this video, the team challenged themselves to replicate Master Chief's helmet with the HUD we know from the games.

To do this, they acquired a motorcycle helmet in the shape of the helmet from Halo Infinite before shamelessly disassembling the interior. In order to reproduce the HUD of the very first game, it was indeed necessary to make space to include a VR helmet in particular. To reproduce the flashlight and different forms of vision such as friend-foe identification or even night and thermal vision, they went through cameras powered by the extremely versatile Raspberry Pi.

If the result is only a prototype, it is clear that the concept works rather well and leaves one wondering about the possibility of one day having full armor more real than life of Master Chief. Let's hope that we won't have to wait for a conglomeration of extraterrestrial species to come and threaten humanity with extinction for this to happen.
