The Game Awards seemed like the perfect candidate for a standout appearance, and it should have been, according to insiders. According to Millie A, who had made good predictions around the September PS5 showcase, the Harry Potter game was replaced at the last minute by the Wonder Woman teaser.
According to her, the new trailer for the game is finished and ready to be released, but Warner Bros. is struggling for fear of getting mired again in the controversies surrounding JK Rowling and her transphobic remarks. A decision that would be quite incomprehensible given the intense communication around the license to celebrate its twentieth anniversary. Anyway, Warner Bros. would save this trailer well for another occasion: the next conference of PlayStation, which would take place this month according to insistent rumours.
