GTA V: Los Santos as you've never seen it in 4K and ray tracing

After cyberpunk 2077 et Red Dead Redemption 2, Digital Dreams still makes us dream about Grand Theft Auto V, yet released in 2013.

The globally successful title from Rockstar Games is indeed unrecognizable in 4K and with ray tracing activated, and magnified by a graphic overhaul by the name of QuantV 3.0.

Journey through Enhanced Memory Lane

We could see it in his previous videos, Digital Dreams never ceases to amaze us by making us (re)discover legendary games in a different light. This time, it's the GTA V mastodon that the YouTube channel is attacking by making it appear in this incredibly realistic video, despite its now very old engine.

This feat is accomplished not only through the use of 4K ray tracing, but also through a few mods. The first is a ReShade, offering a more realistic rendering of light effects, and the second, a mod improving the overall graphic quality, called QuantV 3.0. For added realism, Digital Dreams also used a mod simply titled GTA V Real mod, which turns Los Santos into a replica of Los Angeles.

This time, it is unfortunately not possible to access these mods via Nexus Mods, you have to go through the channel's Patreon page, which requires a subscription to take advantage of them. Anyway, Digital Dreams offers us once again a superb journey through our memories. Hoping that GTA VI will be able to take our breath away visually as much.
