Barely six months after the successful launch of Forza Horizon 5, the sixth opus already seems to be on the way. Indeed, a first clue suggests that Playgrounds Games is well at work on a new racing game.
After the critical and commercial success of Forza Horizon 5, the teams of the English studio are expected at the turn with the reboot of Fable. An extremely ambitious project which does not however seem to monopolize all the forces of Playground Games… Because another title has entered its pre-production phase and its identity is not in doubt.

Thus, the British firm recently published a job offer with the aim of recruiting a level designer. Nothing very original for a video game studio, but it is rather the description of the offer in question that is interesting. We can read there that the person hired will join “the level design team on our next AAA (not Fable therefore, Ed)”. Mentions about the design of environments are also included.
Currently, the Playground Games workforce is split into two separate teams. One deals with Fable and the other with the Forza Horizon saga. Thus, unless there has been a recent restructuring, we can guess without any difficulty that this other big budget game is Forza Horizon 6. Unfortunately, since production has only just started, the exact nature of the project should not be revealed. Before a long time.
