Forza Horizon 5: discover the breathtaking realism of the game in 8K sauce

We are clearly not idle at Digital Dreams and we also have more ideas with a new video by Forza Horizon 5 capable of making your retinas weep.

Because Ultra HD is "so 2020" and the future is obviously 8K, the crazy people at Digital Dreams have decided to make the most of the graphic realism of the very recent racing game from Playground Games.

7 x 680 pixels… We'll have to change monitors!

As recently as this weekend, we were talking about a very nice 4K sequence, but it was therefore not enough for Digital Dreams which “takes the same ones and starts over” except that the image definition has therefore doubled.

The PC implemented is a beautiful machine based on a Ryzen 9 3900X @ 4,5 GHz processor on an Asus Prime X470-Pro motherboard and supported by 32 GB of Corsair Vengeance. More importantly, the graphics card assigned to the project is a TUF GeForce RTX 3090 from Asus… which therefore allows Forza Horizon 5 to be pushed to 7 x 680.

No more than on the previous 4K video, there is no question here of disguising the graphic rendering imagined by the developers by applying tools such as ReShade. The thing remains sublime despite everything and proves, if necessary, that Playground Games really knows how to do it: we take full advantage of it and it's free!
