First shown during the latest Nintendo Direct, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is in the spotlight this week via a long gameplay video. It is also an opportunity to meet the hero / heroine of the game.
Like many games published by Koei Tecmo, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is a musō, that is to say a title in which the player is confronted with hundreds of enemies simultaneously. You have to hit everything that moves, seize bases, then defeat lieutenants and bosses to win the game. In recent years, Nintendo has turned to this genre by declining several of its licenses, such as The Legend of Zelda (with Hyrule Warriors), and therefore Fire Emblem.
Again and again fight
It was this Tuesday that Nintendo uploaded a long gameplay snippet for Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. The video in question allows us to meet Shez, the main character of this epic. The player will be able to choose between female or male, and can also rename the protagonist. We are also entitled to a quick illustration of the three paths that will open up to us during the adventure. A few dialogues and abilities complete the picture.
Either way, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes seems to tick all the traditional musō boxes. It will be released on June 24, 2022 exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
