A crossed side always more assumed

Until March 2022, new content will be injected into Far Cry 6, both in single player and in two-player co-op. From the launch of the game, weekly missions called "Revolts" will spice up Dani's adventures in Yara, and this, for free. Each mission can be replayed, even after a new one arrives each week. The opportunity to face Anton Castillo's lieutenants and recover valuable equipment to arm the Resistance.

The other component of these free DLCs comes in the form of Special Ops, taking Dani to unique new areas. These will introduce new gameplay mechanics, as you will have to collect highly unstable chemical weapons and carry them to an extraction point while preventing them from overheating.

Finally, the free DLCs will offer crossover missions with some pretty nice people. The first, scheduled for December, will involve Dani helping Danny Trejo, equipped with his legendary machete, to sell his tacos by… slaughtering everything that moves. The second, due out in February 2022, will put us alongside a Rambo “super-fan” in another all-out massacre. Finally, the adorable dog Chorizo will behave very strangely in March 2022, in an atmosphere like Stranger Things only has the secret.

Do you know the definition of insanity?

Previously announced, Season Pass exclusive content now has established release windows. The first, entitled "Madness" and expected in November 2021, will put us in the shoes of the legendary villain of Far Cry 3, Vaas Montenegro, still dubbed in English and Spanish by the indescribable Michael Mando.

In December 2021, Far Cry 6 Season Pass holders will receive Blood Dragon, the cult spin-off of Far Cry 3, which will also benefit from some last generation cybernetic improvements. It will be followed in January 2022 by the DLC entitled "Control", which this time will put us in the shoes of Pagan Min, the megalomaniac villain of Far Cry 4.

To close this batch of content exclusive to the Season Pass, see you in March 2022 with the DLC entitled “Collapse”, where we will play Joseph Seed, the dangerous guru of Far Cry 5. The three DLCs involving our three favorite Far Cry antagonists will offer gameplay close to a rogue-lite, with all the randomness and the die and retry component that this implies.

The Season Pass will be priced at 40 euros and included in the Gold, Ultimate and Collector's Editions of Far Cry 6. In addition to this denser content, it will also include its share of weapons, vehicles and outfits for Dani. According to Ubisoft, this is just the beginning for its next title, which will benefit from a long-term follow-up, like Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

As a reminder, Far Cry 6 is expected on October 7 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Amazon Luna. The Google Stadia version is planned for 2022.
